Awesome experience at Moore Ford in Hartford. Richard and Trevor were great to work with. Excellent communication, friendly, no nonsense. Ive had a lot of bad experiences at car dealerships, however the team at Moore Ford made it very enjoyable. They will always have first chance to earn my business in the future.
Back in 2024 they were solid!!! Bought a great truck and have no complaints!!!! Today I've been trying to get a hold of finance and they dont seem to want to pick up the phone. I have also looked to see if they have a chat option on their website and they do not. I guess I'll call them later this afternoon.
