The worst place at calling patience back, especially ones who are referred by Robins, AFB. I called this place 4 times in 4 days because of being referred and left detailed messages and all I wanted was the decency for them to call me back. Dr. Moore needs to definitely hire front end staff who ACTUALLY CARES!

Dr. Moore is a great Doctor. Very Patient and Professional. I recommend anyone to Dictir Moore, Especially if you are diabetic, Afraid to let anyone to check your foot. Thank you Dr. Moore for your kindness, Professionalism and care. May GOD Bless you.

I was referred to this office in Sep. The referral was sent to them, but I never got a call. I called 23 Oct, and the lady pulled me up and said, ok, we have you, but we are scheduled out until Jan in WR and Dec in Macon. I said, well you all had my referral since Sep and never contacted me. I feel that had I not contacted them, I'd still be waiting. That is such poor customer service that I wouldn't go there anyway now. I am in the office currently and the doctor is an hour late. When I inquired they told me they loaded the books because they were off. I brought my mother and will Be going back to discuss just how inconsiderate it is to double book patients. Bet if I came an hour late they wouldn’t see me. Suggest you find a doctor That actually keeps closer to The schedule and NOT OVERBOOK. Doctor just walked in and hour and a half twenty five minutes late. I am waiting until he finishes to discuss their schedule.
