Dr. Moore was my very first eye doctor before he even moved to his current location. He is an excellent doctor and very kind. I went to him until nine years ago. When he moved they got new assistants. On more than one occasion they messed up on a prescription or an appointment. We all make mistakes so I would have gladly overlooked these if they had given a simple apology and fixed the problem. Called to get a lens put back in a pair of glasses. The lady I talked to was very professional and polite. I told her that I didn't buy them there but she said they would help. I drove to Mtn. Grove to Moore eye center and talked to the same lady. However another lady took my glasses and started trying to force the lens into the frame without loosening the screws, bending the frame. My children and I visited Moore Family Eye care for the first time recently after moving to the area. We really liked it! Their space and lobby is clean and well-maintained. The employees were friendly, helpful, patient and so kind to us. After our initial eye exam, the dr. spent quite a bit of time with us as my son was having trouble with the vision in his left eye.
