Called to get a lens put back in a pair of glasses. The lady I talked to was very professional and polite. I told her that I didn't buy them there but she said they would help. I drove to Mtn. Grove to Moore eye center and talked to the same lady. However another lady took my glasses and started trying to force the lens into the frame without loosening the screws, bending the frame. My children and I visited Moore Family Eye care for the first time recently after moving to the area. We really liked it! Their space and lobby is clean and well-maintained. The employees were friendly, helpful, patient and so kind to us. After our initial eye exam, the dr. spent quite a bit of time with us as my son was having trouble with the vision in his left eye. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Moore Eye Care. The front end staff worked hard to work through a confusing insurance issue and the whole exam process was seamless and anxiety-free. Great selection of glasses and very fairly priced. What a wonderful resource to have in a rural town for eye care!

Met Dr. Peeper for the first time and he was very informative about my mother's gluacoma and explained her options where she could understand. He's a keeper!
