Woman answering the phone was very rude. Went inside to pick up my eye care items and the larger older woman behind the counter was continuously rude. Did not seem happy to answer a simple question regarding my care even though it’s their job. The woman behind the counter whom was younger was very kind when giving me my items though. I will be moving to a new eye doctor with respectful workers. I don’t pay you to be mean.
Hands down the best experience I've had and shockingly, the best pair of glasses I've ever gotten. Every member of the staff was attentive to my needs and was kind and friendly, I felt welcome and comfortable. My questions were answered quickly and to my satisfaction. The eye exam went by expeditiously. I expected I would do my normal, get a basic pair of glasses my insurance would cover, then take the prescription and buy a top end pair on line on the cheap from my favorite website.
