Our first visit was great. Dr Moore is very knowledgeable. His staff is friendly and helpful.We have full confidence in Moore Family Eyecare being able to provide the care we need in order to have healthy eyesight. We got to meet Iris too!
1st visit- everyone was friendly, contact exam went quickly but they had no trial contacts in stock in my prescription. 2nd visit- saw an assistant. ordered trial contacts tried and seemed ok. worn for a week- left was fine. Right was uncomfortable and blurry. 3rd visit- saw an assistant. advised of comfort- no alternative in stock. Ordered again. 4th visit- somehow they didn't get me in the schedule and were rude about it even though I had a text message confirming my appt. ordered contact tried on.
