I didn’t have any issues with the care or treatment up to this point. But if I can’t trust the office to bill me accurately now, I question extensive procedures which are recommended. I take exception with consistently over-billing and collecting more than is actually due at the time of visit and failure to resolve these deficiencies fairly, timely after repeated incidents.
