Many years ago, Dean Moore made it so I could move my neck again without excruciating pain. Not only that, but he assisted in realigning my hips so I could walk without a limp and high rates of pain in my left leg. I cannot say enough positive things about this practice. I remember looking at my before and after X-rays and the results were incredible. I still use many of the exercises and strengthening techniques that were taught to me during my journey.
