I would rate higher but they need to work on patient privacy. When I checked in for my appointment, they stated (loudly) my whole phone number along with my home address. As someone with previous issues relating to privacy due to the field I work in, it concerned me greatly. Surely it’s standard practice to state the last three digits of a phone number, and ask if you are still at the same address?
I arrived and was promptly served, repaired while I waited, best service ever, there staff are a rare find, happy to help, smiles well worth the change from usual provider
Very helpful, very friendly staff. The store is welcoming and widely spaced. Suitable for wheelchair users
