Excellent service. Beautiful options for frames. Fair and affordable prices too. I had an issue with a new pair of glasses from another company and I wanted a second opinion. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't think I was able to return the bad pair of glasses and get reimbursed but they recommended I do so and it worked. Thanks to that, I ordered a pair with Moore Eyes and now I have a pair of glasses that work perfectly and I even like the frame better too. Highly recommend.

Took a broken pair of glasses in today and they couldn't have been more helpful! Repaired on the spot after thinking there would be no hope for them. Friendly, helpful staff. Couldn't recommend them highly enough!
Front of house staff extremely helpful. Optometrist doesn’t always take time to explain things properly or allow for decisions from the customer.
