Office Staff extremely unprofessional, no issues with the doctors/practitioners/etc. the rude woman who was meant to schedule my appointment didn’t inform my my insurance was no longer covered, didn’t inform my if my appointment was in person or virtual. (I have only ever done virtual appointments so I assumed they assumed that’s what I wanted based on my history scheduling. She then hung up on me without apologizing or trying to make things right or even offer to reschedule
