Never called me back. It's been 10 days. No sign of activity at her shop either. I'm moving on to K's in the mall.
Amazing!!! Can't say enough good things!!! Made a mini brides dress that matched mine perfectly! All my bridesmaids dresses were beautiful! Flower girl dress was adorable and alterations to my dress was flawless!! Amber has an Amazing personality and so personable, I felt like she was part of the family! Will definitely recommend her to anyone anytime for anything!
This business did not respond to any communication after attempted numerous times. It seems like that is an ongoing issue with multiple customers that has been getting worse over the past year.
Would write 0 stars if I could. DO NOT use Moore Couture. She bailed on multiple appointments and stopped returning calls for my fiancé’s wedding dress. We had to call the police to get answers. Work was paid in full over a month ago. We finally got the dress today and no work had been done and the dress had been crumpled into a garment bag, yet she had time to sew her label on the dress. We will be asking for a refund and will never be recommending this business under no circumstance.
I've just started working with Amber for a custom wedding dress and a few dresses for my bridal party, and I'm already so happy with the process. I was recommended to her by my Maid of Honor. Amber has been responsive, supportive, and is really trying to understand and execute my vision. I can't wait to see what she comes up with for me and my bridesmaids. HIGHLY recommend for anxious brides!
