You need to do a better job at closing your streets down during construction. Had the whole spring st in Kenosha wi backed up for more then 30 min from both sides. If you were going to have BOTH sides stop knowing it’s a BUSY street yall should have closed down the street. People have work, have to drop off there kids and priority’s to do. That right there was unprofessional and terrible management.
