Great communication before the appointment.The crew showed up on time, worked diligently and politely with as few interuptions as possible. Everything moved for cleaning purposes was replaced as was, and the crew cleaned up their equipment efficiently. A very positive experience with Moore Connections.

If I could give Moore Connections a hundred Stars I would do it. They came out and within 20 minutes of being here they had the problem diagnosed and fixed quickly. They went above and beyond to get my AC up and running. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone who needs reliable dependable and ethical service for their heating and cooling issues. And the follow up call to make sure everything was satisfactory was amazing! They have earned a forever customer! Thank you guys sooooo much!
Had an AC outage during a hot time of summer. They were able to fit me in the next day. They came on time to check out the issue and returned the next morning ( Saturday) with needed parts and ac was working by noon! Our experience was excellent.
Tanner went above and beyond helping out on a weekend with a bad fan for the A/C unit. The customer service and attention to detail were excellent!
