Shady. Was overcharged, and caught them in the act, several times in the past year. They would try to charge for "blouses" ($11) rather than "shirts" ($5). Would tack on rush charges when not asked for rush service. And charge for dry cleaning rather than laundry. I had been customer for nearly a decade, and I'm not sure what changed, but I'm done. I support neighborhood businesses, but only those that act neighborly.
Reasonable prices, and fast service.

Unbelievably kind and well run small business. I have been using Moore for 19 yrs and have never had an issue. They have gotten every stain out (including red wine) and my clothes always look great for a fair price. Today my car broke down in front of Moore while I was picking up my dry cleaning. The owner came out and tried to help me with it while I was waiting for the tow-truck, and subsequently offered to let me wait inside where it was warm. All and all this place goes above and beyond.
