I am highly disappointed in the service at this establishment. I have a 2009 Dodge Journey that was towed to their garage Jan.24,2014. Problem was a busted Transfer case/ PTO unit. Had a hard time getting a hold of someone to speak to while it was with them to find out cause of problem, ect. Once picked up,(Feb.7,2014) I was told it would have a slight burning smell from fluids burning off & that they replaced the PTO unit.... 23 days after having it out of garage(Mar.2,2014) I was going down the road and there was a loud sn... read more
