Worst experience ever when purchasing my Kia earlier this year. Instead of fixing an issue with the vehicle under its warranty I was beguiled & belittled. After several months they finally realised the issue was genuine and it was fixed under warranty. I have purchased lots of new vehicles from dealers over the years and never been treated so disrespectfully.
