Amy from parts was amazing and a gem to work with! I needed a new battery for my key fob and she got that battery in so quick! Moore is lucky to have an employee like Amy and when parts are needed I will be requesting her!
They have canceled my service appointment twice in a row. They don't seem to understand that warranty service isn't going to fix itself.
This is the first negative review I have ever posted. The service is abysmal. Took my car in for routine service in March/April. On the way home I notice the A/C wasn't working. Took it back a week later. They replaced the thermostat. Soon after, the A/C stopped working again. Took it back in. Donnie and Andrew (service advisors) told me it "just takes a while to get cool" and I should take it home to see if it "works itself out over the weekend" (this was day before July 4 holiday). The worst service ever.
I couldn't believe their response. My one month old cadillac escalade-esv had an engine light pop up on my dash and my app diagnosed it as an electric and transmission issue and to seek immediate service. They told me they had no available appointments but would call me if something ever opens up. DO NOT go to Moores cadillac of Richmond for any reason
