I am an extremely patient, understanding and empathetic person. Mistakes happen and we roll on. Having said that, the service department at Moore Cadilac is an absolute joke. I have made service appointments twice, the first one was canceled by them because "They were too busy to fit me in", I had scheduled service weeks in advance. I made a second appointment, when I arrived they had no record of the appointment.
