I brought my vechile into moores because of a bog at certain tps positions which i informed them of the exact tps positions, after other mechanics weren't able to figure it out and they came highly recommend . I'm giving this low rating because i paid for the hour but I feel my issue wasn't addressed. They had said that they had test drove it and didn't notice it, but the problem, the bog has and is consistent, persistent, and very difficult to miss. I called Moore because my car was making a weird noise. They offered to take a look at it that same day. Mark, one of the mechanics, took it for a spin, then put it on the lift. He showed me the state of my tires—not good. Car needed new tires and alignment in order to be safe to drive; one tired was gouged and could have caused an accident or serious damage if it popped.
