I called Moore because my car was making a weird noise. They offered to take a look at it that same day. Mark, one of the mechanics, took it for a spin, then put it on the lift. He showed me the state of my tires—not good. Car needed new tires and alignment in order to be safe to drive; one tired was gouged and could have caused an accident or serious damage if it popped.
