Notified the company that the vehicle had preexisting issues not covered by warranty. No response. Notified again about issues because the car won’t even start anymore; no response. If I could rate a 0/10 I would. They’ve offered me NO help with major issues, no reimbursement for the work I’ve had to put into the vehicle and have fallen to no responses when trying to contact them regarding the issues. We have had our vehicle roughly a month during that time we have only actually had our vehicle in our possession for a roughly a week week and a half within the first few days we realized we were having some issues with the vehicle so we took it in to find that the transmission was full of metal.
