It's so much better these days. Thanks 👍 2025 I need to add that the doctors are very helpful but only a couple of the receptionists are tired and moody. Otherwise it's fine.
All the Staff on Reception are helpful and professional. Lauren tge Diabetic Nurse is so kind and helpful. The Dr's are very knowledgeable and helpful.
It's so much better these days. Thanks 👍 2025 I need to add that the doctors are very helpful but the receptionists are generally rude, they don't want to help, they look bored and negative, I feel very unwelcome. It wasn't like that about a year ago.
Drs, Nurses and Front desk ladies, have treated me with respect, and are all lovely and kind Thank you
