I visited this shop because there was a nail in my tire and requested an internal patch repair. However, the mechanic claimed that because it was an electric vehicle (EV) tire, it had a foam liner inside and therefore didn't need a patch. Even though I explained that the foam is only for noise reduction and won't seal a puncture, I was met with a dismissive attitude.
