Whilst the carers themselves were mostly good they left my 92 year old mother in a very vulnerable position. She was reliant on their care as she is confined to her bed and unable to cook or care for herself and they contacted me on a Friday at 4.30 when I was abroad on a family holiday to tell me they were pulling her package of care with 4 days notice. Moor Care have been caring for my father at home for some time now. He has advanced dementia. The carers are all amazing and have provided immense support for me and my family. They have become more like friends to us whilst remaining professional. Their service hasn't faltered throughout the entire pandemic. And we really are so grateful for the ongoing continued support. The staff at Thornhill Bungalow are exceptional and treat everyone with the utmost respect, it is immaculately clean and very professionally run by everyone who works there. I have total confidence in going away and leaving my father in law in the hands of the staff who have proved they are more than capable of dealing with every thing he needs. He is very happy at the bungalow and he likes the food very much too. Steph
