Felt like a slap im the face from the manager. Food was cold because the new guy made an honest mistake. What bothers me is when I asked about it the manager only took off 15% (~$3) for the cold appetizers that took 35 minutes to receive. I can't remember her name but the waitress was so so so nice about it!
Sandwiches were decent, service was nice. The menu had multiple misspellings on it which is concerning (“sandwiches” section was spelled Sandwhiches. “Rueben” was spelled wrong. Said food is served from 11pm-330pm). Proof read the menu!
What a great experience! We've been going to the cafe and tavern for quite some time. Today, we had a large (27 people) party catered with food and open bar, using the cafe after hours (6-9pm). The food was great, super atmosphere, it was a surprise retirement party, and everything went perfect! I know we will be long time customers and have future parties at Moon Winks!
