I finally moved out and can share everything I hate about this apartment complex. There isn’t a front desk employee who is kind! They all seem annoyed at every need and have never been accommodating of even the simplest asks. Taylor, specifically, might be the worst customer service employee I’ve ever interacted with. I recently moved into Moontower Phoenix and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the very beginning, Erieal was absolutely amazing—she answered every single question I had from the initial tour all the way through move-in and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate her for going above and beyond. The apartment itself is beautiful, and the amenities are top tier. We moved in to Moontower in July 2025 and have been loving it. The resort-style amenities make everyday at home feel like luxury. When we knew we were moving to Phoenix and friends told us to check this out, after seeing the pics and the unit layout and wrap around balcony on the 2BD/2BA. We put in the application sight unseen to secure the floor I knew we wanted. I got to see the place but not the unit a few of weeks before moving because we were moving across the country.
