I just completed a 15 month lease at Moontower and it's sad to leave a 1 star review. Most of the staff really tried hard to make this building a home, the problem is the building itself. In the 15 months I was there, something was broken every month. The first couple of months our community gas bill was a couple hundred dollars per resident (it's supposed to be around $5), they claimed no fault until southwest gas told them it was their fault, then they finally gave us 'some' money back. Beautifull place to drink your coffee.
HORRIBLE. Key fobs have not been working for several people, and if they said they are working on it, but if they are aware there’s an issue, they need to have someone in the front desk, by the elevators: and by the garage to ensure people can get in… several people I’ve talked to that live in this complex. Well I’m not a resident or a future resident. However I do have a complaint. I was delivering packages (I will not put where I work) and there were two blondes working there. There was a blonde with long hair and bangs (very friendly woman) assisted me where the package lockers were and I explained to her kindly that those lockers were full. She then explained that they have another room we can put the packages and she gave me a code. I tried that as well and that also wasn’t working. She couldn’t assist me because she was h... read more
