Nothing to do with anyone at the front desk because I never got the opportunity to get to know them only the old crew from last year. I wouldn’t recommend this place the front desk staff is so bad. Lack of parking spots. The app not working so many things wrong with this place I can’t keep track. I made like 4 friends here and they are all moving out because of how bad it is. It looks nice but when you move in you see all bad stuff. Save your money it’s over priced don’t fall for the 6 week free bs.
I lived here for about 18 months. I genuinely enjoyed living there. I loved my unit, the layout, and the view is absolutely amazing. Is Moontower perfect ? No, but no building is. I think the pros greatly outweigh any cons you may experience. With that said, I would recommend to anyone to live there.
