We used Dr. Gates to euthanize our amazing dog Koda. She arrived on time and was very efficient, which we found amazing. When it was time to take Koda away, she didn't allow us to pick him up or wrap him in his blanket; she just asked us to roll him over into the cold, hard bin. We were devastated, to say the least. We wouldn't have said anything, but when she brought the ashes to us, she had trouble getting into our gate.
