I never seen anything as awful as this service. I requested a tow for my audi Q7 and hours later they dumped it on a island down the street from my house. The only reason that I knew it was down there is because the insurance company called and told me . My alternator went out at 5:30 PM. It is now 1:34 AM. And my truck is still not in front of my house.
