Terrible Business, extremely unprofessional - outright lied to us. Genesis was the employee; so rude and unprofessional, aggressive and argumentative - we were just buying some jewelry - having some fun; should have been a pleasant interaction - very weird experience. Genesis should not be the face of anyones business - does not care at all that this is someone's livelihood, acted like we were bother her and she was doing us a favor to sell us something?
