Franki is the best. Their attention to detail was incredible.
I've had two wonderful hair experiences at this salon. First, my haircut was probably my favorite cut off all time. And second my color treatment. I've also accompanied someone to appointments here and was treated wonderfully. Each time, I'm welcomed and offered my favorite oatmilk latte🥰 I highly recommend this shop. I have nothing but amazing things to say! I had bleach damaged hair from a previous incident at another salon, and Kait spent so much time talking with me to understand what happened and how she could help. She gave me the most beautiful layered cut and got rid of all the damage while saving most of my length. She was so caring and truly payed attention to understand my hair journey and goals. Before moving, this was THE salon I went to get my hair done, whether it was to do some framing of layers or a more styled up hairdo for formal events. The staff are incredibly kind and thoughtful of the client's experience while getting their hair done. Highly recommend for anyone in the Lake Oswego area.
