My Arctic Spa is 14 years old and has had some ups and downs, but is still going strong. The Spa is ell built, and relatively easy to work on. Bryan and Moonstone have been very reliable and knowledgeable with advice and service. And he is very patient with me for the things I choose to do myself! Great work, Bryan.
Bryan was very helpful when my I lost power to my hot tub. He helped me troubleshoot and identify the heating element as the issue, and walked me through the process of removing and replacing the part. Not only did I get great service, but I also learned a lot about maintaining my hot tub in the future. Highly recommend calling Moonstone with any hot tub needs.
Bryan and team have managed our hot tub for years and done an amazing job. From day 1 purchase when he was honest about what features were worth it and not (he actually downsold me saving money), to managing supply chain delays and keeping us running during covid, to his weekly cleaning & maintenance the Moonstone team has made owning and maintaining our tub easy. I’d recommend his service to anyone and been a happy customer for years.
We are incredibly happy with the care Bryan and team give to our hot tub. Most recently, we had a pump break and the hot tub drained completely. Bryan stayed late to remedy the problem and got the tub back up and running for the weekend!
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I purchased a brand new hot tub from Brian and it has never worked and I have never used it. When I asked him to fix the brand new hot tub I have never used that I spent $11,000 on, he told me it was not urgent and he "has to prioritize urgencies" and would get around to it when he has time. I explained that fixing a new hot tub that's never been used and is broke should be considered urgent and was told that me continuing to follow up would not fix it any faster.
