I used Alex a couple times but she doesn’t do a good job. I’ve had to come back the next day for a redo because she missed large areas. They are extremely overpriced. The reviews are in exchange for discounts. She’s a sweet girl but she definitely needs to hone in on her skills.
My daughter called asking about a facial and whoever answered the phone was VERY RUDE! She questioned where she saw a facial on line (it's on their website fyi) and told her they don't have them right now because they are relocating. I get you are moving but you just lost a customer with your poor customer service and terrible attitude.
Brianna is absolutely amazing!! She provides a warm and welcoming environment. I am forever a faithful client!!!
I absolutely love this place! From the waxes to the facials, these ladies know what they're doing and know how to make you feel comfortable while enhancing your beauty. Highly recommend!!
