I had the pleasure of meeting Charlene today. I booked an appointment to have the Nano Brow done. Wow! They look incredible!!! Charlene is a very confident and professional woman. She is also kind, extremely informative and makes you feel completely involved in the experience. Weirdly relaxing. Zero pain, slight discomfort in sensitive areas of my brow. I gave her 5 Stars because she is exceptional.

Charlien is extremely talented and skilled and her shop is super clean and welcoming. I immediately felt comfortable with her and her confidence in her work was obvious. She is a great listener and I felt like she understood and wanted to help me meet my goals. I had a lip scar that she covered and it gave me my confidence back. I overplucked my eyebrows in the ‘90s, which has left me partially eyebrow-bald. Combined with my lighter hair, it was a recipe for disaster. I’ve wanted to get permanent makeup for years but was scared. Enter Charlien! What an incredible result! Honestly, it was a little scary following the procedure, but the color changed and settled perfectly. I’ll probably add some more permanent makeup in the future!
