Charlien is extremely talented and skilled and her shop is super clean and welcoming. I immediately felt comfortable with her and her confidence in her work was obvious. I overplucked my eyebrows in the ‘90s, which has left me partially eyebrow-bald. Combined with my lighter hair, it was a recipe for disaster. I’ve wanted to get permanent makeup for years but was scared. Enter Charlien! What an incredible result! Honestly, it was a little scary following the procedure, but the color changed and settled perfectly. I’ll probably add some more permanent makeup in the future!
