Absolutely great team, from Mgmt to Crew. We love them!
Would absolutely avoid. This cleaning company put us through a nightmare. I will highlight a few things: they send out a new cleaner almost every clean so this cleaner has no idea how your cabin looks or what needs restocked. Thus, we never had things like coffee restocked and our decorative pillows were thrown in the closet. They stole several items from the cleaning cabinet to include vacuum and brooms, and our linens were always missing and replaced with terrible, linens with holes (hospital blankets).
