The shop is extremely charming and clean. The atmosphere is outstanding. Reese is professional, takes the time to explain the entire process if you are piercing a new area, and I could not be more pleased with her expertise in helping me to bring the vision for multiple piercings in one ear. Great experiences with Reese--friendly, knowledgeable. Nice atmosphere. My child had their first piercings done and it was a positive experience for them. I also later needed a hole partially re-opened and she was very helpful.

Got my piercings here was nervous at first as I have orthostatic tachycardia I explained what it was, she was super cool about it gave me all the time I needed and a cold cloth. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Brought my 10-year-old daughter in to have both of her ears done, and Reese did an amazing job with her. She was incredibly friendly and responsive from the moment I reached out to book an appointment. Would not hesitate to recommend, especially for anyone who's looking to have piercings done for their child and wants to ensure it will be a positive experience.
