The massage was nice, and my therapist was amazing. But when we went to pay, we found out they don’t accept cards only Zelle or cash. We paid $80 through Zelle. But the receptionist INSISTED that we pay tips. I said I could pay by card, but she told me to use Zelle instead. She clearly showed she was annoyed with us. Please do something about your service and get a card payment system. I will find better service somewhere else.
Visited this massage place for the first time. Its nowhere mentioned here or before you sign up for the massage that the payment is cash/zelle only. Its crazy to me that they made sure to put a whole ATM down there, but didnt bother buy a machine to accept cards in 2025, when nobody carries cash. The therapist was awesome! She did a great job and was very welcoming! Very kind and excellent service
I had been to this massage place before and really enjoyed a foot massage, so I decided to come back for a 90-minute body massage. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst massage experiences I’ve ever had. The therapist relied almost entirely on her arms and elbows, pushing with so much force that my body was literally rocking out of the head cradle.
