Our experience with this business was ridiculous. It took over 2 weeks to get a response. We were needing to get our boat head repaired and the owner said that they are ‘the most experienced on the lake.’ He sent someone right over, which was impressive. Later in the afternoon, the owner called back to say that the problem was fixed. He said that the duck bills were installed backwards. They came to my boat and showed the utmost care. Shoes off and cleaned up behind themselves. I requested service and it was fast and efficient. Thanks for everything!!
Paul was awesome. He came to our dock late evening (within an hour of calling) and was quick to diagnose our electrical issue. It was too late to get our part that night so he was back at our dock the next morning to have it repaired first thing in the morning. Our family is very grateful for his services, professionalism, and quick work to get us back on the lake. We would highly recommend him to anyone.
