I located Moonlight by google to obtain therapy services for my 21 year old daughter. At the time my husband, me, nor my daughter knew her diagnosis of schizophrenia. My husband and I asked for a family group therapy session because we knew our daughter was going through something but didn’t know exactly what it was because she just had came home for the summer of 2024 from school. Warming atmosphere, incredible staff, truly the best around. Very lucky to have this special place in Benton. ❤️
Very negative experience. After submitting the intake I didn’t hear back from anyone. I waited weeks and finally called to get an appointment scheduled. I took off work to make it and was excited to start working with someone. About 30 minutes before my appt I received an email that it had been rescheduled for a totally different day and time. Your job is to help people who are struggling. Not make them jump through more hoops with your disorganization. Very disappointing.
