I called to inquire about a group shuttle for 8 adults for a 14-mile trip. The man I spoke with was incredibly rude and told me they are not a taxi service, quoting $350 each way plus tip. When I questioned the cost, he became angry and snapped that they’re “not Uber.” That kind of hostility over a simple pricing question doesn’t inspire confidence, especially for something like transportation where reliability matters. I won’t be using them and would think twice before recommending them to others.
We’ve used Moonlight to get to and from Logan multiple times. They’ve always been on time for pickup and track our return flight and are waiting for us in the limo lot on return. Never a worry!

I booked a ride same day from Logan to Amesbury. So quick, easy and professional. My flight was delayed but driver (Stan) was there and waiting with a smile in a brand new comfortable car. Would highly recommend!
