EDIT: In response to the owner's response - 1. I never said I contacted you directly. It says "we requested". To clarify further, it was a family friend that contacted you through her supply company. She advised she had sent the same picture multiple times and said that we were looking for the tallest ones of the lot of 3. You didn't specify that you had shorter ones, just that you carried these and had the tallest one available. 2. The customer service was very poor for me. I had to call so many time to have the estimation, event at that, I have never get that estimation I demanded. It's look like the do not need any other customers. I do not recommande them if you don't have time to waist on the phone for your event.
Cynthia was a pleasure to deal with and came through for me on a rental when I thought I was out of options, I would highly recommend Moonlight Rentals to anyone !
