Horrible and had to pay my sitter on top of them wasting my time. Booked appointment for cut and highlight. Got told around 150 for all since my hairs above my shoulders. Got there 15 minutes before 10am when my appointment was scheduled. Wasn't open, called the numbers to see what was going on, no one answered. Went to the dollar tree instead to grab things and go home. Got a call from guy at salon, he didnt apologize just asked where I was. I was desperate to get my hair done, so figured I'd go ahead anyway to appointment.... read more
