This is hands down the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in across Australia—and I’m livid! The staff couldn’t have cared less during check-in; their attitude was utterly dismissive and terrible. The room’s Wi-Fi? No signal at all. I told the front desk, but they did absolutely nothing. The design is abysmal, and the hygiene is totally subpar. Lovely big apartments, easy parking, man at the reception was friendly, pool looked like it would be great in summer, and location is right near all the restaurants and shops, and very short drive to the peninsula hot springs, highly recommend
