We had a great first impression of Jenn. Same thing happened to us as she stopped being responsive and canceled appointments. My husband and I had yearly blood work done and she never went over it with us. Those were among the appointments that she kept canceling. Eventually we were told she was no longer doing family practice. She basically ghosted us. We were really exited to find a new provider that we really liked but unfortunately it was very short lived. Very unprofessional if you ask me.
Started off great, then after several months there were frequent rescheduling.
