They sent out a technician and he diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. The inducer motor had seized up due to a bad heat shield. He said it was great news because it was still under warranty so I would just have to pay for labor. He then left and returned awhile later and installed the new motor in about 15-20 minutes.
