I live in the park and the only major problem is Debra aka. Manager.... so it was 7:30 this morning the manager no where to be seen and she calls the tow truck to remove my van which I had parked in front of my trailer while I got my little 4yr old ready for school.... I called her and she said it was parked in front of the fire lane??? Look in the streets of the park and there is no fire lane painting.... this is the fourth time she does something like this... she even had one of my cars removed from my car port.
Slum lords!!!!!!!! I’ve lived there for about six years. We are not problem tenants - my partner and I both work full time jobs, both have cars, and keep to ourselves. We’ve seen several managers run this place over the years and the current management is the worse - no better than slum lords. Management also does completely illegal stuff to the tenants - they have zero respect for California law and instead make up what they can and can’t do despite state standards and tena... RecommendedNew manager has gotten a lot of the bad residents out The owners are good at putting dinners movies and activities for the kids and adults. We just had the night out where the police department and other agency’s came out and we sandwiches,chips ice cream sundaes and games and door prizes and even pizza. Was a fun night
If u have children and ur a nice family I would say DON'T DON'T move to this park there r gangs and if ur children don't join the gang they beat u up I'm not just talking about kids beating up kids the adults that beat up on them that why so many mobilehomes r up for sale or just moved out life there mobilehomes to safe there children life's. I only gave it a 1 STAR because there nothing lower to give. The manger does nothing about the problem. If I could move today I would be out of this park.
under new management lots of vacant homes a few trouble maker kids in the area and it take awhile to get use to the peacock every where that jump on your cars and home and are very loud during mating season several nice neighbors that make up for the other issues but homes are as is so what you see is what you get so plan on making alower offer so you have money for repairs this is our 1st home as newly weds with our 4 kids so good luck to home owners that are searching and look forward to have some new faces around and the ... read more
I was reserved and took very small steps while the neighborhood felt me out.. I've been here now 11 months now and what I can't get over is how well the managers explain things. This is closer to a village or a park.. They sponser lil get togethers and encourage everyone to join
