You have to stay a minimum of three nights to be able to access this waterfall and they charge hundreds of dollars per night per person. Extremely greedy just to be able to enjoy nature. It’s also booked out a very long time in advance.
The Mooney Falls is beautiful and misty. The best place to visit during a super hot sunny day, otherwise you feel cold next to it. There was no wait when we visited it at 8am, however it was some traffic on the way back at 6pm. Climbing the ladders when it's dark could be an issue
