I sent an email on a Sunday of a long weekend seeking help for a solar panel not charging a secondary battery in my vehicle while we were visiting the area in our caravan. Scott replied that same day and said he'd squeeze me in between other jobs on the Tuesday after the public holiday, which I didn't expect. But they ended up being so busy they called to apologise and offered me a slot the next morning. Absolutely phenomenal service! Huge shout out to Laura! I arrived with two issues with my campervan. One was my solar not charging from the panels and the other an airbag light that came on all by itself one day while I was out travelling. With both issues, Laura took the time to thoroughly investigate, deduce what was going on and within minutes had both issues fully sorted.
