I would highly recommend everyone avoid this firm. Especially the attorney, George Schwartz. The level of incompetence, Errors in the legal work, Horrible customer service, And the fact that everyone from the receptionist through the attorneys shows little to no respect to anyone unless they are an active paying, client speaks volumes as the character of these people. I spoke with a number of attorneys, and Attorney Platts was my immediate choice. He's calm and easygoing, and was understanding of my anxiety. The process went exactly as he described it, much to my relief. I also want to mention Wendy, a member of their staff. She handled my emails with grace and understanding - and there were plenty of emails for her to reply to! All in all, they made a difficult process as easy for me as they could. I highly recommend them!!
