If I could give more than a 5 star rating for David Gigliotti and the team at Moonee Valley Real Estate I would. Poor follow up sales communication. No video of property offered to out of state buyers. No quick response to email enquiries. Really disappointed with lack of follow up, response and overall engaging communication.

I want to tell you that your staff work heartlessly. The landlord and your staff inform the tenant of the rent price. After we sent the information to make the file, your staff cooperated with the landlord to force the tenant to increase the rent price. Otherwise, they will rent it to someone else. You work in renting houses, not buying and selling houses. You work without reputation. A civilized country has people who work without reputation and conscience.
