Franco did a great job of installing an Elfa top track into our brick garage wall and new toilet seats. Franco was very efficient, professional and well priced. Good communication and prompt service. Generally a nice guy. Strongly recommend using him.

I am very happy to recommend the services of Franco. He arrived on the appointed day on time. In the one day he was able to fix two doors that were jamming, a fence that was leaning onto the footpath, a curtain rail support that had detached from the wall and to install shelving into an empty kitchen closet space. Franco came fully equipped to handle every job and gave good advice on what our options were for each maintenance task.

Franco was excellent. Very quick, sharp and thorough. Fixed an external gate issue and a door jam issue. Highly recommended.
