Excellent experience. Well-organised, one-stop service, diligent follow-up. I was expecting to go elsewhere for ECG / pathology services, but no, Dorevitch is onsite!
Despite being busy on a NYE afternoon I got triaged and seen within 1.5h. Was reassured that my unusual/severe stomach pains were viral and therefore to be sat out. Along with clear instructions as to what changes would make it it a trip to emergency. Folks were kind and efficient.
My toddler hurt her wrist and we weren’t sure if it was broken. The staff at Moonee ponds Urgent Care was so caring and made my toddler feel at ease. I was expecting long waits and overall the visit was quick, the doctor assessed her wrist and took X-rays, then immediately went over the results. They provided phenomenal care and I will definitely return if the need arrises.
I'm grateful to the Urgent care clinic on a number of occassions for helping me avoid RCH with my son. We've always found them professional, caring & efficient. On our most recent visit when they were nearing capacity, my son was seen promptly by a triage nurse who was very reassuring. Thankyou for this essential service.
