I had the most bizarre experience on a Sunday afternoon. After signing my name in, I get called by a male abrupt triage nurse asking me 'what's wrong?' loudly in front of all other patients expecting me to answer in front of others. Well I did not and asked to speak in a more private area. He did not even apologise or acknowledge his lack of professionalism. That was the most uncomfortable experience.
