Great doctor and verry helpful and efficient
Very friendly, caring, and thorough staff (both admin and medical). Clean facilities.
Initially I attended around 5.30 Friday night. The Clinic was full so after 2 triages and a completed form, apologies were offered and a request to return on Saturday, when I was seen promptly and the Dr gave me a prescription, an ultrasound request and a letter if I needed to attend ED. Such an excellent facility.
Despite a long wait predicted at triage, the only GP working came out and wrote a quick xray request, when a fracture was diagnosed she did a temporary immobilization and sent us to ED. The clinic was understaffed but they all did their best.
Waste of time and my energy, doctor was very unhelpful and I thought an urgent care clinic was like going to an emergency care. I was wrong
