First apt 8:30, dr starts at 9. Behind before they even begin, complete contempt for pts.
Been a customer for maybe 10 years, rarely go there as I’m rarely sick. Shivering and shaking in bed this morning with some sort of flu and a terrible chest infection. Knowing I just need an antibiotic for the chest infection, offered an appointment that I couldn’t get to 15km away but I asked for a Telehealth appointment, Resounding NO as I had not been to see them within 12 months. What a farcical rule for a customer/patient of 10 years. Time to find a new doctor

Got slugged $105 for an appointment to get a medical certificate for my son with no medicare rebate allowed. Sure doctors deserve $100 an hour but not $100 for 6minutes.
Lousy small minded country practise, only interested in patients that live nearby
